Ajay Kumar Rai is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in corporate financing. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from IMED, Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, and has worked with leading real estate developers, banks, and financial institutions, successfully managing corporate finance portfolios.
As the founder of a thriving advisory services firm, Ajay specializes in delivering customized financial solutions, strategic advisory, and project financing for a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, banking, financial institutions, co-working, co-living, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy.
Ajay has earned a strong reputation for his expertise in large-scale deal structuring, debt syndication, equity investments, and comprehensive portfolio management, consistently providing value-driven solutions for his clients.
Jeetendra Singh
Partner -LBS
With over 16 years of experience in the banking industry, Jeetendra Singh, a Chartered Accountant and MBA in Finance, has worked in multiple departments at ICICI Bank, with expertise in Market Risk, SMEAG Risk, and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Risk. His extensive career has honed his expertise in risk management, particularly within the real estate sector.
Prior to his transition from ICICI Bank, Jeetendra was part of the leadership team, serving as Head of Risk for CRE. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing the builder finance portfolio, overseeing operations across both domestic and international branches of the bank.
Recognized for his thought leadership, Jeetendra has authored key papers on the EPC framework, contributed to the development of Real Estate Risk Rating Models, and provided expert guidance on the implementation of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
